BD started working with ASVP Group after selecting an automated Balanced Scorecard strategic performanace monitoring and management software system from an ASVP Group strategic partner.
ASVP has facilitated workshops for BDANZ to develop Balanced Scorecards for BD at corporate and SBU level. The company's scorecards are now in the final stages of operationalisation, and when fully commissioned, will feature real-time, automated feeds into the automated performance monitoring and management system, from BD's corporate SAP, Cognos and MS Office systems.
The BDANZ experience and case study was featured at a 2005 ASVP Group CEO Seminar.
Few consulting firms have successfully captured the key elements of the Balanced Scorecard like ASVP Group, with the appropriate mix of flexibility in the strategic development, and rigour in the search for cause and effect relationships, and appropriate measures.
