Many organisations have a great strategic plan, all wonderfully documented, the beautifully-bound, heavy volumes of information all carefully indexed and sitting on the bookshelves of the senior management. The problem is: How to clearly communicate the plan to key stakeholders - the managers, supervisors and employees who are really going to make the strategy happen?
Balanced Scorecard is world's best practice methodology for making strategy happen. Resulting from pioneering work by Kaplan & Norton at Harvard Business School in the early 1990's, it is without doubt one of the most powerful tools in the manager's toolbox, for articulating, communicating, implementing and executing strategy throughout an organisation. And now that we've made it easy to deploy, it can be used by any kind of organisation.
