ASVP Group was engaged to write an independent case study analysing the recently operationalised Strategic Monitoring and Management System just under twelve months after CHW's initial commissioning of the PulseSuite^® automated performance management software system supplied by Primed Online Pty Ltd.

Primed Online has implemented an automated solution to provide integrated monitoring of some 700+ KPIs to many different government agencies which CHW had previously been monitoring using a range of discrete and manual systems. These KPIs are now monitored using automated feeds into PulseSuite^® from CHW's corporate IT systems.
